Refunds

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Time Frame: You have 1 day from the date of purchase to request a refund.

  3. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at orders@unusualpantry.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 3-4 for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Time Frame: You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return.

  3. Return Process: To request a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@unusualpantry.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at orders@unusualpantry.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.

Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items

Certain items are non-refundable and final sale, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
